Sit-Down Service
Your guests are seated and served by your staff. A field kitchen (additional rental) is generally recommended if there is no staging area or kitchen at your venue. Extra labor is typically required (best: two waitstaff per table.)

Food is arranged on tables or themed stations so guests can move at their own pace. Staff can serve from behind the stations, or you may choose a self-serve setup. Choose either staff-assisted service or a casual self-serve option.

If you are having an open house, corporate event, or cocktail party, you can opt for appetizers (small bites either tray-passed by servers or have a stationary display or a combination of both.) Consider a sweet selection & coffee when doing this option.

Covers all additional expenses (not included in the cost of the food, beverage, and event personnel) that are incurred to allow us to produce and bring a catered event to your location. Including, but not limited to administration, coordination, utilities, uniforms, liability coverage, permits, licensing, service equipment, insurance, maintenance, fuel, sundries, etc.
